Jr. Graphic Designer

The Jr. Graphic Designer creates brand assets for print and digital needs across the company portfolio, including collateral and social media content. They are also responsible for managing the creative asset library and supporting various internal departments with design requests.
Responsibilities
- Create and design brand assets for both print and digital needs
- Assist internal departments with sales and corporate collateral, including creative writing for brand needs
- Support the development and execution of artwork updates and packaging changes for existing brands
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget constraints
- Assist the content team with social media assets and photoshoots
- Manage and maintain the creative asset library for team use
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Express)
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, print production, and digital design
- Ability to manage multiple projects, tight deadlines, revisions, and shifting priorities
- Experience with social media content creation and related tools
- Strong creative, organizational, and problem-solving skills
