Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design innovation from conceptualization to execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring transformative ideas to life
  • Create compelling design deliverables that make complex workflows feel intuitive
  • Drive user-centered design decisions powered by data and insights
  • Own the UX of emerging experiences with impact across Amazon
  • Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, data, customer feedback, user research, and technical constraints/opportunities

Requirements

  • 10+ years of design experience
  • Experience with best practices for User Interface Design, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design
  • Experience in life cycle design projects from design strategy through execution
