Own the end-to-end design of browse, quote, and book experiences for supplier integrations, including lodging and cruises. Partner with PMs and engineers to optimize UX within the constraints of partner APIs and integrate agentic AI patterns into the workflow.

Responsibilities

  • Own browse, quote, and book end-to-end as we expand into new supplier categories
  • Diagnose why advisors aren't adopting today's integrations and fix the UX issues holding them back
  • Design how supplier discovery and quoting work inside Tern's agentic AI
  • Partner tightly with the integrations PM and engineers to scope what's technically possible
  • Help shape how design works at Tern as the team scales
