Sr. Product Designer

Own the end-to-end product design process, translating complex KYB, risk, and compliance workflows into usable interfaces. Collaborate with engineering and the Lead Designer to build and scale the platform's design system and component library.
Responsibilities
- Owning product design end-to-end from understanding the problem to shipping polished UI designs
- Collaborating closely with engineering to ensure designs are feasible and consistent
- Using AI tools alongside Figma to move faster on explorations and prototypes
- Identifying and flagging UX inconsistencies and contributing to design system improvements
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or digital product design
- Strong working knowledge of Figma
- Detail-oriented and organized with ability to maintain consistency across files and use cases
- Comfortable taking direction and iterating quickly
- Proactive communicator with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
