Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design engaging digital experiences for customer-facing and internal platforms. Lead the end-to-end design process from UX research and wireframing to polished UI delivery and A/B testing for conversion optimization.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with product and engineering teams to design engaging digital experiences
- Conducting UX research to inform feature designs
- Building and iterating on wireframes and polished UI designs
- Collaborating with engineers to provide design guidance and update designs as necessary
- Maintaining and utilizing design systems to keep the product consistent
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience as a Product or UI/UX Designer
- Keen attention to detail and passion for good design and aesthetics
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex ideas
- Deep knowledge of designing for web and mobile experiences
- Strong visual designer and prototyper with experience in Figma
