Lead the end-to-end customer experience strategy for the Xvantage platform by conducting research and translating insights into actionable product recommendations. Mentor mid-level researchers and partner with cross-functional teams to embed evidence-based decision-making into the product development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to define research priorities and inform product direction
- Mentor mid-level UX researchers and elevate research quality
- Own the UX research strategy and roadmap
- Influence product and experience decisions by translating insights into actionable recommendations
- Champion UX research across the organization
Requirements
- 8+ years of UX research experience
- Experience working in Agile and Lean UX environments
- Strong advocate for customer-centered design and UX research
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive evidence-based decision-making
