Product Designer

The Product Designer will shape the end-to-end core product experience by designing intuitive workflows for complex AI-driven systems. They will collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate early concepts into polished, high-fidelity designs and evolve the company's design system.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end product experiences across Avoca’s core platform, from early concepts to polished execution
- Partner closely with Product Managers to define problems, explore solutions, and ship impactful features
- Translate complex workflows and AI-driven systems into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer interviews to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate intent to Engineering
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience as a Product Designer on B2B SaaS products
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product thinking and shipped work
- Experience designing complex workflows, dashboards, or enterprise tools
- Strong UX instincts paired with solid visual design skills
- Comfort working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders
