UX Designer (H/F)

The UX Designer will lead user research, design user journeys, and ensure an optimal customer experience. Responsibilities include conducting benchmarks, facilitating co-creation workshops, and collaborating with development and visual design teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors
- Create prototypes and test solutions to ensure an optimal user experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and project management
- Facilitate workshops and design thinking sessions with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure accessibility and usability standards are met across all solutions
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a UX Designer
- Experience working on multiple projects and applying UX methodologies
- Strong portfolio of UX design work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
