Develop graphic concepts and production-ready artwork for seasonal apparel drops, focusing on print placement and sizing. Ensure a consistent visual design language across collections for various garment styles like t-shirts and hoodies.
Responsibilities
- Create graphic concepts and artwork for seasonal apparel drops
- Develop print placement and sizing across different garment styles and fits
- Prepare artwork for production (print-ready files, colourways, design work as / where needed)
- Occasional repeat or surface pattern work
- Keep a consistent visual thread and design language across a collection
Requirements
- A portfolio that demonstrates an ability to design for apparel, including an understanding of placement, scale, composition and how graphics translate onto product
- Comfortable creating production-ready artwork and working across the tools and technologies required to bring concepts through to execution
- A strong eye for product and range building, with an understanding of how individual pieces fit together into a cohesive collection
- Able to take a creative direction or brief and develop it independently, bringing ideas, options and solutions rather than requiring detailed guidance throughout the process
