Own end-to-end design for core product areas, from problem framing and research to shipping final experiences. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to solve structural UX problems and contribute to the company's design system.
Responsibilities
- Own design for a product area from problem framing through to shipped experience
- Collaborate deeply with Product and Engineering
- Work on structural UX problems, such as information architecture and personalization logic
- Contribute to the ACKO design system and help evolve shared patterns across product areas
Requirements
- 4-6 years of product design experience
- Strong systems thinking
- Contextual judgment over borrowed frameworks
- Comfort with ambiguity
- Fluency in interaction and visual design
- Clear communication
- Familiarity with Figma as the primary design tool
