The Senior UI/UX Designer is responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences based on user research and data. This includes delivering technical prototypes to engineering and collaborating with stakeholders to align design solutions with the organization's mission.

- Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to understand opportunities and problems
- Lead user research efforts and analyze data to uncover insights
- Prototype and test assumptions

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Interaction, Sociology, Psychology, Interaction/Visual Design, or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
- Proficiency in current and relevant design, testing, and prototyping tools
- Excellent listening and communication skills
