Collaborate with creative directors to develop concepts and execute visual assets for out-of-home, digital, social, and retail projects. Oversee the entire design process from initial brainstorming to the delivery of precise, production-ready files.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Art Directors and Associate Creative Directors on concepts and execution
- Oversee projects from initial concept to final delivery
- Lead or participate in brainstorming sessions
- Work closely with stakeholders to balance creative vision with practical needs
- Prepare production-ready files for digital and print
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of experience in a creative agency, brand, or similar setting
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience using Figma for digital design collaboration
- Basic skills in motion design
