UX Designer – Design Systems & AI Workflows

Maintain and evolve the design system library while optimizing DesignOps workflows and the delivery pipeline between UX and Engineering. Integrate AI-driven tools to automate repetitive tasks and lead audits to eliminate UX debt across the enterprise platform.
Responsibilities
- Design System & Tokens Management: maintain and evolve the design system library
- DesignOps & Workflow Optimization: work closely with the broader team to optimize design tools and delivery pipelines
- AI Integration: explore, test, and implement AI-driven tools and workflows across the design process
- Engineering Collaboration: partner with developers to ensure design system tokens and components align smoothly with code repositories
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI Design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a focus on design systems and operational workflows within an enterprise environment
- Mastery of Figma
- Tech-forward mindset with experience using or a strong desire to pilot AI tools
- Technical literacy with familiarity with engineering tools and design systems
