Hybrid $40,000 - $60,000 Full-time Mid-level

Design and produce digital and print marketing assets, including emails, banners, and brochures, across five different brands. Collaborate with creative teams and stakeholders to deliver cohesive campaigns and maintain brand consistency from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce marketing and sales emails across five brands
  • Create digital and print assets, including web banners, social graphics, brochures, and large-format designs
  • Produce product-based literature, such as assembly guides and technical documents
  • Present creative concepts for major campaigns to senior stakeholders
  • Own brand consistency across all creative output from concept to completion
  • Work closely with the wider creative team to deliver cohesive, on-brand campaigns
  • Support photoshoots, video production, and studio prep when needed
  • Liaise with teams across the business to gather information and understand project requirements
  • Provide creative input for marketing activity and brand development
  • Work across multiple brands within the BiGDUG group and the wider TAKKT portfolio
  • Adapt design styles to suit different brand identities while maintaining quality and consistency
  • Contribute to ongoing brand evolution and creative improvements

Requirements

  • A creative thinker who learns quickly and isn't afraid to experiment
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating design ability, creativity, and attention to detail
  • Ability to critique own work and give/receive constructive feedback
  • Experience designing for both online and offline channels
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Ideally, experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, or basic HTML
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and tools like SharePoint
  • Experience with wireframing or mock-ups (e.g., Adobe XD) is a bonus
  • Solid understanding of design principles — layout, color, typography, hierarchy, and brand
  • Strong communication skills and confidence presenting ideas to others
  • Interest in UX design principles is advantageous
