Activate Interactive Pte Ltd 🇸🇬 Singapore
Lead end-to-end design ownership from discovery to delivery, focusing on user research, information architecture, and interaction patterns. Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to simplify complex business processes and citizen-facing services.
Responsibilities
- Lead design end-to-end, from scoping research to delivery
- Plan and run user research independently, including guerrilla interviews and usability tests
- Apply a service design mindset to work, mapping processes and understanding user journeys
- Articulate design rationale clearly to stakeholders, driving alignment and making trade-offs
- Facilitate workshops to build alignment and drive efforts to simplify forms and processes
- Contribute to the design community by leading or contributing to design initiatives
Requirements
- 7 years of experience in UX, product, or service design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating independent ownership of design work
- Proven ability to plan and run user research end-to-end
- Solid command of interaction design and information architecture
- Experience collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers in an agile environment
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field
