UI/ UX Designer

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications. The designer will conduct user research and usability analysis to optimize user experiences for enterprise-grade and Salesforce-based platforms.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand user requirements and business goals
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications
- Design intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging user experiences aligned with modern design standards
- Conduct user research, usability analysis, and gather feedback to improve overall user experience
- Maintain consistency across applications by following design systems and UI standards
- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Optimize user experience based on usability testing and stakeholder feedback
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and emerging technologies
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in UI/UX Design
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user journey flows
- Understanding of user-centered design methodologies and usability best practices
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced Agile environment
