Visual Designer (m/w/d)

The Visual Designer creates visual elements for social media, marketing campaigns, and learning media while ensuring CI compliance. Responsibilities include developing presentation designs, brand guides, and utilizing AI for layout and image development.
Responsibilities
- Design of modern, CI-compliant PowerPoint presentations with clear structures and understandable layouts
- Creation and maintenance of design guidelines for a consistent brand experience
- Development of creative concepts for marketing campaigns in online and offline media
- Design of visual content for social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more
- Creation and maintenance of templates for PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Adobe, as well as the use of AI for the development of image worlds and layout ideas
- Quality assurance: checking all designs for consistency, readability, accessibility, and CI compliance
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in presentation, corporate, or visual design
- Proficiency in software such as PowerPoint, MS Office, Canva, and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Template and system thinking: enjoyment in developing templates, standards, and scalable design systems
- Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
- Self-employed, structured, and pragmatic work style - also under time pressure
- Communicative and team-oriented with pleasure in cross-functional collaboration
