Senior Graphic Designer | 12 Month FT

The Senior Graphic Designer will create impactful campaigns, packaging, and creative assets across print and digital channels. They are responsible for taking projects from initial concept to polished final artwork while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Bring big ideas to life designing impactful campaigns, packaging and creative across print and digital
- Take projects from concept to final artwork, delivering polished, on-brand design every time
- Collaborate with brand, marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver creative that hits the mark
- Manage the production process, ensuring files, assets and outputs are accurate, efficient and high quality
- Partner with suppliers and stakeholders to deliver work on time and to spec, from print to digital channels
Requirements
- 5+ years of design experience and the confidence to back your ideas
- Strong print, production and packaging skills
- A sharp, detail-obsessed creative eye and pride in your craft
- The ability to switch between brands while keeping each one consistent and compelling
- Digital design skills that engage—across web, eDM and social
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (motion/video is a big plus!)
- Clear communication, strong organisation and a solution-focused mindset
