Beinguser Remote (🇮🇳 Bengaluru, Bangalore North, India)
Lead a team of product designers to create intuitive workflows for complex identity governance and AI systems. Oversee the end-to-end design lifecycle, maintain the design system, and collaborate with product and engineering leaders.
Responsibilities
- Design Strategy: Translate complex technical requirements into simple, intuitive, and elegant user experiences
- Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and manage the performance of 4-6 Product Designers
- Process Excellence: Own the end-to-end design lifecycle, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and design QA
- Design System: Maintain and evolve the Design System to ensure consistency and speed of execution across the platform
- User Research: Champion user research practices and conduct or oversee usability testing and translate insights into design decisions
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering Leaders
Requirements
- 8+ years of Product Design experience with 2+ years in a formal leadership/management role
- Strong portfolio showcasing experience in B2B SaaS, specifically in complex domains
- Mastery of design tools (Figma) and a deep understanding of layout, typography, and interaction design
- Systems thinking and ability to design for scale
- Experience building and evolving a scalable design system
