Onsite $35 - $45 Contract Intern
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and validate new hardware products. Develop prototypes and execute tests to drive designs toward mass production maturity.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Mill cross functional team on the design and validation of new products
- Develop prototypes and execute tests in order to drive design towards mass production maturity
- Support 3D CAD design and 2D documentation
- Support engineering build activities, partnering with suppliers and CMs to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing quality issues
Requirements
- BS, MS or PhD in Mechanical Engineering (obtained or in progress)
- Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and material selection for the design and development of electro-mechanical systems
- Proficient in 3D CAD (prefer Nx)
- Proficient in a variety of rapid prototyping methods
- Strong analytical and communication skills
