Junior Graphic Designer

Develop engaging visual content for social media, web, print, and promotional materials while maintaining brand consistency. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to produce high-quality marketing assets and support event branding.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop marketing materials including social media graphics, email campaigns, brochures, signage, presentations, promotional materials, and digital advertisements
• Create marketing materials, digital graphics, and promotional content for both print and digital platforms
• Assist with branding initiatives and visual content development across multiple projects and campaigns
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets and communication channels
• Create engaging layouts and visual content for presentations, reports, and promotional campaigns
• Edit, optimize, and prepare images and creative assets for web and print applications
• Collaborate with vendors, printers, and media partners to ensure high-quality production of marketing materials
• Work with media partners to develop visual content for press releases, advertisements, and editorial features
• Support event branding initiatives including signage, promotional materials, and digital assets
• Assist with website updates, digital graphics, and online marketing initiatives as required
• Collaborate with internal teams on creative concepts, campaigns, and visual storytelling strategies
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and graphic design best practices
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field
• 1–2 years of graphic design experience, including internships, freelance, or professional experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
• Experience with Canva, Figma, or other digital design tools is considered an asset
• Strong understanding of typography, layout design, branding, and color theory
• Strong creativity with excellent attention to detail and visual consistency
• Ability to take creative direction and apply feedback effectively
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment

Benefits

• Annual salary range: $50,000 – $60,000, based on experience and qualifications
