Responsibilities
- Take ownership of end-to-end design for a portfolio of internal tools
- Partner with engineering and product managers to define product requirements
- Conduct lightweight research and usability sessions with internal users
- Contribute to a consistent design language across internal tools
- Make design trade-offs confidently
- Help raise the bar for internal product design at Stripe
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates UX thinking, visual craft, and ability to navigate ambiguity
- Experience designing tools for complex or data-heavy workflows
- Comfortable working across the full design process
- Strong systems thinker
- Collaborative and direct communication skills
- Proficient in Figma and design systems
