Requirements
- Experience in user experience design
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates UX thinking, visual craft, and ability to navigate ambiguity
- Collaborative and direct communication skills
- Ability to work across the full design process
- Strong systems thinker
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma
- Experience in designing tools for complex or data-heavy workflows
