The role involves leading the design of several product modules, covering the full spectrum from user research and behavioral data analysis to interface creation. You will be responsible for building a robust design system and collaborating closely with Product Managers and developers to enhance the B2B platform.
Responsibilities
- Go get insights where they are — user interviews, tests, behavioral data
- Build and structure user journey tracking to better understand real uses
- Transform this into clear, consistent, and well-made interfaces
- Lay the foundations for a robust design system and make it grow over time
- Really collaborate with PMs and devs (not just delivering mockups)
- Contribute to growing the design culture in the team
Requirements
- 5 years of experience or more in product design, necessarily in a B2B SaaS environment
- At ease with design and prototyping tools, and with research tools (Maze, Hotjar…)
- A real understanding of B2B issues: multi-profile users, complex decision cycles, adoption in the company
- Able to take a step back AND get into the details
- Current English is essential — we evolve in an international environment
