The role focuses on improving B2B dealer journeys and trading workflows within the online car trading platform. Responsibilities include creating wireframes and prototypes, conducting user research, and maintaining a consistent design system.
Responsibilities
- Work with qualitative insights, conducting user interviews and usability testing to guide design decisions
- Help build and improve quantitative insight gathering
- Collaborate closely with the UX Team Lead to align on design goals
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to improve workflows and deliver viable UX solutions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and UX patterns that make sense for complex operational workflows and interconnected user journeys
- Adhere to a consistent design system, improving design cohesion across different areas as the team grows
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio across web and mobile platforms
- Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design/prototyping tools
- Ability to use AI pragmatically as part of the UX process
- Solid understanding of design systems and how they contribute to creating scalable, user-friendly interfaces
- Experience with user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Fluency in English
