Simplify complex B2B operational workflows for car trading by creating wireframes, prototypes, and scalable UX patterns. Collaborate with the UX Team Lead, developers, and stakeholders to iterate on designs based on user feedback and data.
Responsibilities
- Work with qualitative insights, conducting user interviews and usability testing
- Help build and improve quantitative insight gathering
- Collaborate closely with the UX Team Lead to align on design goals
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to improve workflows and deliver viable UX solutions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and UX patterns that make sense for complex operational workflows and interconnected user journeys
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer
- Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design/prototyping tools
- Ability to use AI pragmatically as part of the UX process
- Solid understanding of design systems and how they contribute to creating scalable, user-friendly interfaces
- Experience with user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Fluency in English
