Oversee the design process from pre-construction concept through to delivery, ensuring quality, safety, and best practices. Manage consultant and specialist subcontract designers while coordinating internal and external review gateways.

Responsibilities

  • Utilise company procedural systems and ensure communications protocols are followed
  • Create and promote an environment of professionalism in relation to construction works
  • Employ previous sector experience to benefit the business
  • Maintain a strong customer focus
  • Support the business to secure new work
  • Adapt effectively to varying environments, responsibilities, people, and culture

Requirements

  • Degree qualified in a construction-related subject
  • Experience within a design management role
  • Confident in decision-making and able to adjust to unexpected challenges
