Oversee the design process from pre-construction concept through to delivery, ensuring quality, safety, and best practices. Manage consultant and specialist subcontract designers while coordinating internal and external review gateways.
Responsibilities
- Utilise company procedural systems and ensure communications protocols are followed
- Create and promote an environment of professionalism in relation to construction works
- Employ previous sector experience to benefit the business
- Maintain a strong customer focus
- Support the business to secure new work
- Adapt effectively to varying environments, responsibilities, people, and culture
Requirements
- Degree qualified in a construction-related subject
- Experience within a design management role
- Confident in decision-making and able to adjust to unexpected challenges
