Senior Design Manager

Oversee the design process and manage the development of all contractor design within the project to ensure adherence to programs and specifications. Coordinate external contractors and subcontractors while managing design information flow and contract administration.
Responsibilities
- Manage the development of all contractor design within the project
- Ensure strict adherence to all design and build procedures
- Co-ordinate external contractors with the design team
- Develop and finalise various works packages
- Chair co-ordination meetings and subcontractor design meetings
- Assist in providing monthly internal and external site performance reports
Requirements
- Degree qualified in a construction-related subject
- Extensive experience within a design management role
- Confident in decision-making and able to adjust to unexpected challenges
