Senior Product Designer - Gifting & Lifestyle

Lead the design and development of gifting and lifestyle products from concept to production, ensuring alignment with the brand's affordable luxury positioning. Manage and mentor junior designers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seasonal collections.
Responsibilities
- Designing standout products across bags and accessories
- Leading the development of gifting and lifestyle products
- Mentoring and developing junior designers
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support project delivery
- Communicating progress clearly and raising queries proactively
- Providing insights on competitors, trends, and product innovations to inform the design team
Requirements
- A design qualification in fashion or product design and senior-level experience delivering products from concept to production
- A strong, concept-driven portfolio that reflects brand values, commercial objectives, and high-quality execution
- Experience line managing or mentoring midweight/junior designers and delivering projects on time
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Knowledge of packaging design, typography, retail products, accessories, and gifting trends
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to balance creativity with business objectives
- Exceptional visual communication, attention to detail, and brand consistency
