Lead the design of intuitive and user-friendly experiences across Nightfall's AI-native data loss prevention platform. This includes creating high-quality deliverables like wireframes and prototypes while collaborating with engineering and product teams to ensure precise implementation.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality deliverables throughout the design process
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, and other cross-functional teams
- Conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and translate insights into actionable design recommendations
- Develop and maintain design system, guidelines, and best practices
- Communicate design decisions and solutions to stakeholders
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on UX design experience for software products
- Strong creative and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools throughout the design process
- Self-motivated approach to finding optimal solutions to complex problems
- Great listening skills with emphasis on understanding diverse perspectives
- Portfolio showcasing interaction design expertise, visual design skills, and creative problem-solving ability
