Staff Product Designer (They/She/He)

Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of complex user experiences across the product ecosystem. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data teams while mentoring other designers to elevate UX standards.
Responsibilities
- Drive the vision, strategy, and execution of complex, high-impact user experiences
- Act as a strategic partner to product, engineering, data, and UX research to define team strategy and influence major product decisions
- Define the long-term user experience vision and strategy for your area
- Lead and influence product decisions with a strong foundation in qualitative and quantitative insights
- Demonstrate clear excellence in at least two core craft domains (interaction, visual, prototyping)
- Mentor and support other designers, contributing to the evolution of UX maturity and standards across the organization
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience with user interfaces, interaction paradigms, and visual design patterns
- Strong portfolio with case studies that demonstrate process, problem-solving capabilities, and design leadership
- Proven experience working with qualitative and quantitative data to support data-informed decision-making
- Strong understanding of accessibility best practices for design and software development
- Deep knowledge of operating system (iOS/Android/Web) standards and guidelines
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
