- Advocate for customers by grounding every decision in thoughtful research and keeping the team focused on solving real problems
- Lead with clarity by aligning stakeholders, communicating the reasoning behind your work, and using strong storytelling to bring cross-functional teams along on the journey from problem to solution
- Deliver consistently high-quality design outcomes by iterating on real-world usage, holding a high bar for craft, and building experiences that earn trust and create genuine delight over time
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience in a SaaS or similar environment
- Proven experience designing AI-powered experiences that feel trustworthy, transparent, and human-centered
- Strong systems thinking skills with a track record of designing across interconnected workflows
- Experience leading user research and translating insights into product decisions that drive measurable improvements in outcomes and experience quality
