Head of Design – Womenswear (12 month FTC)

Lead the creative vision and end-to-end design process for the Womenswear category to deliver innovative, performance-led collections. Manage and develop a high-performing design team while collaborating with buying and sourcing to ensure commercial success.
Responsibilities
- Set the vision: define and lead the creative direction for Womenswear
- Translate consumer, cultural, and market insights into a clear, distinctive product vision
- Push boundaries in design, innovation, and performance
- Lead the product: own the end-to-end design process, from first idea through to finished product
- Deliver standout collections and product stories that resonate globally
Requirements
- Proven experience leading design within womenswear or sportswear at a senior level
- A strong creative vision with the ability to turn ideas into commercially successful product
- Experience building, leading, and developing high-performing teams
- Deep understanding of the global athleisure / womenswear market
- Strong commercial awareness and decision-making capability
