Xfive Remote (🇵🇱 Krakow, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, Poland)
Lead UX/UI design for multiple client projects from discovery through delivery, creating prototypes to validate ideas. Collaborate with engineers and strategists to ensure designs are successfully implemented in the final build.
Responsibilities
- Leading UX/UI design across multiple client projects
- Creating prototypes to validate and communicate ideas
- Collaborating with engineers and strategists to ensure design translates well into build
- Taking ownership of work and moving it forward without direction
- Joining client meetings and representing design decisions confidently
Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial experience in product or UX/UI design
- Proficiency in Figma
- Comfortable with direct client contact and independent communication in meetings
- Strong English skills (B2+/C1)
- Able to work autonomously and manage own workload
- Availability of 20 hours/week with overlap between 10:00–16:00 CET
- Comfortable in Jira or similar project management tools
