Direct Load – Solution Design Manager (F/M/D)

Support the European sales organization in designing Direct Load solutions and managing customer tenders. Develop individual strategies for the Direct Load business and match transport capacity to customer needs through carrier sourcing.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the development of the direct load product
- Identifying customer needs and determining solutions
- Supporting sales teams in managing customer tenders
- Developing individual strategies for the direction of the direct load business
- Collaborating with the central direct load team and European sales organization
Requirements
- Completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics services specialist
- Several years of professional experience in sales and operational roles
- Intense knowledge of customer solution design for direct load business on a European level
- Understanding of the carrier market including pricing competence
- Proficiency with MS Office, specifically Excel
- Good knowledge of German, English, and ideally other foreign languages
- Willingness to travel
