Develop and implement UI/UX designs and strategies while adhering to company policies and standards. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure designs meet user needs and achieve business results.
Responsibilities
- Manages relationships with the corresponding internal stakeholders/product owners with regards to UIUX requirements and design-based thinking for the company
- A contributing member of an internal full-stack design team and regularly provides guidance on user requirements prioritization, scheduling and presentations
- Advocates for the end user by influencing decisions to ensure that products, solutions and design decisions are aligned with well-defined user needs and expectations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Specialized in: Visual Design/Business/IT
- Total Work Experience: 4 to 6 years
- Total Relevant Experience: 4 to 6 years in User Experience/User Interface Design
- Worked with qualitative and quantitative usability measurement methodologies
- Proven experience in front-end UIUX digital channel implementations like application development, web solutions and business support system
