Product Designer (m/w/d)

The Product Designer is responsible for creating intuitive, high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes to simplify complex user experiences. They will contribute to the scalable design system and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to validate design solutions through user research.
Responsibilities
- Create high-fidelity UI designs, interactive prototypes, and demos
- Translate low-fidelity sketches and wireframes into polished digital experiences
- Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Clearly communicate design decisions and specifications to development teams
- Define research questions and support qualitative and quantitative user research
- Validate hypotheses and design solutions based on user insights
- Support measurement plans to evaluate the performance of new features and iterations
- Work closely with product experience managers, developers, marketing, and business stakeholders
- Balance feedback and requirements throughout design iterations
- Review and provide constructive feedback on other designers' work, supporting team growth
Requirements
- University degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in UX/Product Design for consumer-facing digital products
- Experience in the financial services or trading environment, with general knowledge of financial products
- Strong background in both web and mobile design, including complex data visualization
- Hands-on experience with design systems (as a user and/or creator)
- Experience in inclusive design, accessibility, localization, and universal design principles
- Proficiency in design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro, Sketch, and rapid prototyping tools
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Experience with UX research methods and usability testing
- Experience working in early-stage or strategic product phases
- Very good written and spoken English
- Confident use of common Office applications
