Senior Product Designer, Driver Experience

Lead end-to-end design initiatives for the Driver domain, from problem framing to shipping experiences. Partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers to improve driver-facing metrics and the overall design system.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design initiatives across a sub-domain in the Driver team
- Prototype early and validate ideas through testing
- Present clear, structured thinking to senior stakeholders
- Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers
- Raise the quality bar and contribute to the design system
- Balance speed with craft across multiple initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience shipping digital products at scale
- Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and interaction design
- Ability to present work and influence decisions
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and research tools
- Experience working in fast-moving, cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English
