Presentation and Graphic Designer

The role involves creating and editing presentations, slide decks, and various marketing materials like banners and brochures. It also includes maintaining brand assets and collaborating with marketing, HR, and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and editing presentations and slide decks
• Creation of simple marketing materials such as banners, flyers, brochures and social media visuals, design of leaflets for recruitment events (job fairs)
• Maintenance and updating design templates and brand assets
• Selection, organization and lightly editing photos when needed
• Preparation of files for web or print
• Collaboration with marketing, HR and sales teams on day-to-day design needs

Requirements

• Secondary school diploma or flexible student at university
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work for at least 2 years
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop) and Google Slides
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Creative mindset with a strong understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, layout)
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Excellent Slovak/Czech communication skills
• Advanced communication in English
