The Interaction Designer will create intuitive digital experiences by developing user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for user needs and iterate designs based on testing results.

Responsibilities

  • Design seamless, user-centric experiences across digital products
  • Create user journeys, flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver effective design solutions
  • Present design ideas clearly through visual and verbal communication
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback, insights, and testing results
  • Conduct usability testing and guerrilla testing to validate and improve experiences

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Interaction Design, UX Design, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of Interaction Design, Usability Design, and Visual Design principles
  • Experience creating user journeys and interaction flows
  • Solid knowledge of application design and design thinking approaches
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in group problem-solving environments
