Project Manager - Design Engineering

Direct and manage the full life cycle of projects within the IT Hyperscale business unit, focusing on industrial and IT enclosures. Oversee project teams, budgets, and schedules while ensuring compliance with standardized delivery processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce project delivery standards and establish the organization's approach to the full life cycle of projects
- Oversee project teams, drive resources, budgets, and schedules
- Track and provide project status and audit reports
- Manage the risk, issue, and change resolution process and work with other leaders to take corrective action, as necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering and/or business-related field
- General knowledge of IT and/or electrical enclosure systems and applications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience
- A PMP certification is preferred
- Project Management experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desired
