The UX Designer apprentice will collect and analyze user insights to guide design choices and ensure interface consistency. Key tasks include conducting user research, creating UI components in Figma, and collaborating with product, tech, and marketing teams.
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and restitute user insights to inform design choices
- Conduct user research studies (qualitative interviews, questionnaires, usability testing)
- Analyze and synthesize data to identify user needs and expectations
- Create and evolve UI components and mockups using Figma
- Integrate accessibility and inclusion considerations into research initiatives
Requirements
- Mastery of UI/UX tools such as Figma and Miro
- Solid bases in user research (interviews, questionnaires, usability testing)
- Ability to contribute to research initiatives using various methods
- Knowledge of design thinking fundamentals
- Sensitivity to digital accessibility and inclusion issues
