Sr. Graphic Designer

Lead the development of visual concepts and deliver design solutions across digital and print channels to elevate the brand. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage projects from ideation through final production and ensure visual consistency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-quality visual designs for campaigns, presentations, digital assets, websites, social media, email, print collateral, and branding initiatives
- Translate business objectives and creative briefs into innovative visual solutions
- Lead concept development for major marketing initiatives and creative projects
- Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency
- Collaborate with marketing managers, copywriters, product teams, and external agencies to bring ideas to life
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
- 5-8+ years of professional design experience, ideally within marketing, advertising, or an agency setting
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print design work, conceptual thinking, and brand development
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and design best practices
