Web Designer & Web Developer (Beauty E‑Commerce, AI‑Driven)

The role involves designing and developing responsive e-commerce pages and optimizing the user journey to drive online sales. It also requires using AI tools for content creation and collaborating with marketing for campaign landing pages.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive website pages (home, category, product, blog, and landing pages) that reflect the beauty brand and drive online sales
• Build and maintain the site using the chosen platform (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar), including themes, templates, and custom sections
• Use AI tools to create and refine layouts, visuals, and product content more efficiently
• Optimize user experience (UX) and customer journey for both desktop and mobile: navigation, search, product discovery, checkout flow, and page speed
• Implement and maintain basic SEO best practices (metadata, headings, internal links, image alt text, structured content)

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in web design and front-end development for e-commerce or consumer brands
• Strong portfolio showing e-commerce work (preferably beauty, fashion, or lifestyle) including product/category pages and landing pages
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
• Experience customizing themes on a major e-commerce platform (Shopify Liquid, WooCommerce/WordPress, or similar)
• Skilled in a modern design tool (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar) and basic graphics editing (Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva)
