The role involves conducting detailed audits of website pages to identify design inconsistencies, SEO issues, and usability concerns. The specialist will create comprehensive reports and collaborate with development teams to ensure high website standards and brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed audits and reviews of website pages and digital content
- Identify and document website issues including formatting inconsistencies, broken links, and navigation errors
- Prepare organized reports with screenshots, visual references, URL links, and affected page indexes
- Ensure website pages follow SEO best practices including proper heading structures, meta descriptions, and title optimization
- Collaborate with developers, designers, content teams, and management to communicate findings and track issue resolution
- Perform post-update testing and validation to confirm corrections have been completed successfully
- Monitor website consistency, branding, and overall user experience across all pages and devices
- Maintain documentation and records of audits, corrections, and completed updates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in website quality assurance, web content management, digital publishing, SEO, or related roles preferred
- Strong understanding of website structure, navigation, and user experience principles
- Experience reviewing websites for content accuracy, functionality, design consistency, and usability
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine optimization techniques, and website performance standards
- Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, or similar systems
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end web technologies preferred
