Lead end-to-end UX research and design for global procurement tools, focusing heavily on how users interact with AI systems. Translate research insights into interaction concepts, prototypes, and design artifacts to simplify complex procurement workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end UX research and design for both external-facing and internal-facing procurement tools used across Amazon's global operations
  • Conduct user research, usability studies, and data analysis to deeply understand customer needs and translate insights into design decisions
  • Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to translate ambiguous, large-scale problems into intuitive experiences

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven success leading User Research projects with demonstrated impact experience
  • Experience in leading User Research projects with demonstrated impact
  • Experience (end to end) with all aspects of research (study design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting)

Benefits

  • Base salary range: $130,100.00 - $176,000.00 USD annually
