The role involves designing intuitive, user-centered digital experiences for legacy and modernized systems within an Agile Scrum environment. Responsibilities include creating wireframes and prototypes, maintaining design systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align designs with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an Agile Scrum team member delivering UI/UX design solutions in iterative sprint cycles
- Conceptualize and design user-centered interfaces for custom software applications across legacy and modernized systems
- Lead the development of a consistent look-and-feel and standardized user experience across multiple applications
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and product teams to translate business requirements into effective design solutions
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate concepts and user flows
Requirements
- US Citizenship with ability to obtain a Public Trust
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Interactive Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, Graphic Design or Human Factors
- At least seven (7) years of professional experience in UI/UX design, visual design, interaction design, or related roles
- Demonstrated experience designing responsive web applications that are intuitive and user-friendly across devices
- Proficiency with enterprise design tools such as Figma (preferred), Axure, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
