Product Designer

Lead the digital product design strategy and UX vision for a retail client, acting as a technical and methodological reference. Coordinate with stakeholders to align design decisions with business goals while mentoring junior designers and optimizing digital products based on data.
Responsibilities
- Lead the coordination and strategic alignment with various stakeholders
- Lead the documentation in Figma, define solution architectures, and propose wireframes and complex flows for internal and external products
- Design and validate high-definition prototypes in Figma
- Design and lead generative and evaluative research plans
- Establish and disseminate good market practices, integrating them strategically into products
Requirements
- At least 4 years of education in Design, Engineering, Publicity, or Social Sciences
- Certification, specialization, or postgraduate studies in product design and/or user experience
- Advanced knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Knowledge of archetypes, user personas, and proto-personas
- At least 6 years of experience in digital product design
- Experience in Agile methodology and leadership of high-complexity digital products
