Responsibilities
- Lead and develop design managers and senior individual contributors, building leadership capability and strengthening team performance
- Shape and execute talent strategy, including hiring plans, capability development, succession planning, and career pathways
- Define and drive organizational strategy in partnership with design and executive leadership
- Establish and model cultural standards for the design organization
Requirements
- 10+ years of product design experience, including 4+ years in people leadership roles
- Proven track record of building, scaling, and retaining high-performing design teams
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to connect design investments to business outcomes
- Excellent organizational judgment, balancing consistency and structure with autonomy and innovation
- Deep experience with design systems, operational excellence, and scaling design practices across teams and geographies
