Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer is responsible for delivering high-quality, accessible user experiences by creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. They collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Research teams to align design solutions with business goals and technical feasibility.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences within a product or POD, ensuring usability, clarity, and consistency
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for features and workflows
• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers to align on scope, feasibility, and timelines
• Leverage and contribute to design systems, patterns, and standards

Requirements

• 7 or more years of applicable experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong ability to design intuitive, end-to-end user experiences
• Solid visual design skills with attention to clarity, consistency, and usability
• Experience working within and contributing to design systems and component libraries
• Highly collaborative team player who works effectively with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers
